EXECUTIVE MEMBERS

MOHAMED SHAHEEN EBRAHIM

Mohamed Shaheen Ebrahim is the Executive Chairman of the Oasis Crescent Global Group, encompassing Oasis Crescent Advisory Services (UK) Limited, a firm offering financial advice on Oasis investment products, and Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Ltd, an authorised UCITS unit trust administrator within the Republic of Ireland, with its unit trusts listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Shaheen started his professional career in 1972 taking responsibility for the management and operations of his family business and has over 40 years of professional experience. He brings extensive experience to the operation of the Group in the management of IT systems, Fund and Administration systems, and the client services function. Shaheen has completed formal director’s qualifications from the Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of Witwatersrand.

ADAM EBRAHIM

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Adam Ebrahim was educated at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and his Honours in Economics, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting. He also completed the CFA Institute’s Chartered Financial Analyst Programme and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor in South Africa. Adam worked for Deloitte & Touché in London and South Africa and held positions as an analyst, portfolio manager, director, and partner at a prominent asset management organisation before he founded Oasis. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the Oasis Group.

NAZEEM EBRAHIM

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

Nazeem Ebrahim is Chief Regulatory Officer of the Oasis Group, a Director of Oasis Crescent Advisory Services (UK) Limited and a Director of both the Oasis Global Investment Fund (plc), and Oasis Crescent Global Investment Fund (plc), both listed unit trusts on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Nazeem was educated at the University of Cape Town where he obtained Degrees in Social Science and Law. In 1986, he was admitted as an Attorney, and subsequently in 1996, he was admitted as an Attorney to the High Court of South Africa. His professional experience as a legal practitioner and astute businessman spans thirty years. Since his appointment at Oasis he has assumed responsibility for the regulatory, legal and compliance requirements of the business and has been most instrumental in the brands developed in his role as Group Marketing Director.

NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS

ROSHIN-ARA EBRAHIM

Roshin-Ara Ebrahim was educated at the University of Cape Town and received a BA LLB degree in Law. She has been involved with the Oasis Group since its inception. She serves as a non-executive director to Oasis Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd., and has a wealth of business and legal experience.

Roshin-Ara has practiced, and continues to practice in the areas of Commercial Property Law and serves as an advisor to the Oasis Crescent Property Fund, a listed property fund managed by an associate entity of Oasis Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Miss Ebrahim also serves as a trustee on the boards of Oasis retirement funds in South Africa.
